About me:
For a long time, I felt like I was living in pieces. After going through narcissistic abuse, I didn’t even recognize myself anymore. I was constantly second-guessing my worth, replaying conversations in my head, and carrying a weight of pain that I didn’t know how to put down.
I tried everything—reading articles, listening to podcasts, even keeping a regular journal—but I still felt lost. What I needed was something that didn’t just give me blank pages, but something that would gently guide me, remind me who I was, and help me find my voice again.
That’s when the idea for this journal was born.
I created the 90-Day Narcissistic Abuse Healing Journal because I wanted a safe place where healing felt doable. Somewhere I could write out my pain, but also be reminded of my strength. Somewhere I could track the little wins, reflect on the progress I couldn’t always see, and slowly begin to trust myself again.
Over those 90 days, this journal became more than just a notebook—it became a companion. On the days I felt broken, it gave me hope. On the days I felt strong, it gave me space to celebrate. And in between, it quietly reminded me that healing doesn’t happen all at once—but step by step, it does happen.
This journal isn’t just pages. It’s courage. It’s self-love. It’s proof that even after everything, you can rebuild. I know, because it helped me start to rebuild too.
My hope is that it will hold the same space for you—that it will be a gentle guide back to yourself, a daily reminder of your resilience, and a safe place where you can finally exhale and just be.
Because you are worthy of healing. You are worthy of peace. And you are so much stronger than you think.
